We Gilz Connect

WE GURLZ CONNECT ALLIANCE is a social group set up to bring young girls between the ages of 15 years and 18 years old together to equip their skills, their way of thinking and install the spirit of entrepreneurship in them. This is to help reduce the rise of unemployment cases after completing school; either senior high or tertiary.

Our clubs will be set on various senior high school campuses and in deprived communities across Ghana. These clubs will help these young girls grow their networking space and develop better interpersonal communication among themselves.

Vision

1) To empower, develop and integrate communities in which young girls realize their full potentials. We also envision a world without employment issues in which young girls are empowered to set up their own businesses using their vocational skills and connect with equal partners in society.

Missions statement

1) Our mission is to empower young girls with tools and to fostering sustainable economic development, empowerment and independence for vulnerable girls build their way out of unemployment situations, care for their families, and strengthen their communities.
